Los enfrentamientos entre los hermanos preceden las Caídas de los Imperios.
El aroma de los lirios marcó el comienzo de esta jornada de recuerdos de un tiempo durante el cual sentí que la vida me estaba besando en la boca, y ofreciéndonos a mí y a mi familia la oportunidad del perdón, al realizar el poderoso ritual de Ho'oponopono, para soltar el resentimiento y restaurar el equilibrio de nuestro pequeño mundo. El capítulo que exploramos de Los Increíbles Incas, el poderoso libro rojo de Loren McIntyre, se titula, precisamente, La Guerra Entre los Hermanos, y fue esa discordia, precisamente, la que ocasionó que el Imperio Inca estuvieran particularmente   cuando llegaron los Españoles.
Cada uno de nosotros tiene el poder de elegir si alimenta el alma del mundo con esperanza, o si elige alimentar el fuego de los intereses egoístas y la asegurada destrucción mutua.

VA7, Ep. 6 Ho'oponopono proclaims Forgiveness REMEMBER DEAR ONES: Feuds Between Siblings

The aroma of lilies started this journey of remembrance of a time during which I felt that life was kissing me on the lips, and offering me and my family a chance at forgiveness, by enacting the beautiful ritual of Ho'oponopono, letting go of resentment and setting the balance of our world right again. The chapter we explore of the Incredible Incas, Loren McIntyre's powerful little red book, is precisely titled The War Between Brothers, and that feud was what resulted in the Inca Empire being particularly vulnerable as the Spaniards arrived.
Each one of us can choose to feed the soul of the world hope or instead, feed the fires of self-interest and mutually assured destruction.

Comienzo por narrar cómo un encuentro inolvidable que tuve en mi infancia me permitió comprender el poder de la Meditación, la que yo había descubierto, sin saber, espontáneamente. La conversación fue acerca del uso de una llama como la imagen que proporciona el enfoque para centrar la energía y la atención. Luego regresamos a los Andes Peruanos y a las historias de los Increíbles Incas y conocemos a Tupa Inca, el 10mo emperador de la dinastía, el Inolvidable. I begin by recounting how a random encounter I had as a child led me to label and realize the power of Meditation, which I had discovered by myself spontaneously. That conversation revolved around using a flame as the centering visual to focus energy and attention. We go back to the High Andes to learn more about the dynasty of the Incredible Incas and we meet Tupa Inca, The Unforgettable Emperor. I conclude with a return to the initial reflection, by introducing the topic of Yearning and I invite you to sit by a candle and ponder about your own deep desires and longings.

VA7, Ep. 4 ES Antisueros para el Alma; El arte de decantar nuestra esencia en el otro

Somos libres de seleccionar donde centramos nuestra atención, tal como exploré la semana pasada, pero también tenemos el poder de desarrollar nuestra habilidad para habitar la realidad de otro para generar antisueros para el alma. Te cuento cómo aprendí acerca de los antisueros, en la Selva Amazónica, y cómo transformé el concepto para poderlo aplicar a las capacidades humanas. Comparto una de mis fuentes más confiables de antisueros para mi alma; refrescando mis conexiones con aquellos a quienes amo y de quienes aprendo continuamente, así como mi pasión por estudiar el pasado, leyendo las fuentes originales para poder escuchar otras voces, y encontrar narrativas diversas. VA7, Ep. 4 Antivenins for the Soul; The art of pouring our self into another

We are free to select where we focus our attention, as I explored last week, but we also have the power to develop our ability to inhabit another's reality so as to generate antivenins for the soul. I tell you how I learned about antivenins, in the Amazon Rainforest, and how I transformed the concept so as to apply it to a human capacity. I share some of my most reliable sources of antivenins for the soul; refreshing my connections to those who I love and continually learn from, and my passion to study the past, to read reliable, original sources of stories about different cultures and the past so as to listen to other voices and then I may share diverse stories. We continue to explore Loren McIntyre's The Incredible Incas. Learning about their kingdom allows us to glimpse into the many ways in which we often have arbitrarily discarded sources of extraordinary wisdom and other models of existence.

VA 7, Ep. 3 ES La Cura para la Invisibilidad: Insistir en Ser un Testigo

Comienzo con una afirmación de ser testigo de la emergencia de voces de oscuridad y en respuesta, voces que defienden la unión y nos recuerdan nuestra humanidad compartida. La invisibilidad y el acto de borrar al otro tan solo se puede derrotar al ser testigos, al elegir prestar atención, y reaccionar con acción y servicio.  La historia está compuesta de ciclos de dominio y conquista, y regresamos al Imperio Inca, quienes se llamaban a sí mismos los Hijos del Sol y su dinastía. Ellos nos guían hacia el encuentro con sus descendientes; jóvenes Victorias Amazonicas que están demandando al gobierno Peruano exigiendo sus derechos al aire, agua y suelo limpios y a una Amazonía protegida. Aquellos que son los responsables de nuestras crisis climáticas actuales sabían hace más de setenta años, desde 1954, exactamente lo que estaban ocasionando. Hemos llegado al momento de la respons-habilidad. Para poder superar una cultura de invisibilidad requerimos emisarios de atención, acción y servicio.

VA7, Ep. 3 The Cure for Erasure: Witnessing

I start with a statement of witnessing the emergence of voices for darkness and in response, voices for union and reminders of our common humanity. Erasure can only be defeated by witnessing and attention, coupled with action and service. History is made up of cycles of domination and conquest, and we revisit the Incas, who called themselves the Sons of the Sun, and their dynasty. They lead us to today's young fighting spirits, real life Victorias Amazonicas suing the Peruvian government for their rights to clean air, water and soil and a protected Amazon. Those who are responsible for our current environmental crises knew as far back as 1954 exactly what they were setting into motion. We have reached the time for response-ability. To overcome a culture of erasure, we require emissaries of attention, action and service.
